Our Cancellation Policy

By entering into our facility you are agreeing with these policies.

We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a rescheduling fee if their stylist determines that the scheduled services can not be completed in the scheduled time. Their stylist may also suggest partial services to account for time lost. This decision is at the sole discretion of each individual stylist and completely supported by The BeaHive Salon.

Any new clients scheduling a first time color appointment will be required to leave a valid credit card on file.
